What is yoga?
Yoga is an ancient art based on a system of harmonious cultivation for the body, mind and spirit. While yoga makes our body strong and flexible, it also helps our respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems to work better. The purpose of yoga exercises is to push our bodily limits and to reveal the positive emotions within us. In Sanskrit, every word has a root letter from which it is derived. The root letter of the word yoga is 'yuj'. This is a merger or a combination of two things. We also brought together yoga with the sea for you in our program. (One of the best ways to purify!) Join us to experience yoga on the magnificent Mediterranean coast.

We are very happy to take the yoga experience out of the studios and present the concept of yoga and vacation on the magnificent Aegean and Mediterranean coasts. You will not only have a wonderful holiday, but also your body and soul will be renewed, and you will be a part of nature, right in the middle of nature. This holiday is a great opportunity for both calmness and change. Our program varies according to the departure point and season. The blue cruise you will take on the Mediterranean coast is a wonderful experience on its own, but when combined with yoga, it will turn into an unforgettable inner journey.

Accommodation & life on board and more.. Gulet boats provide comfort in hotel standards and each room has a bathroom and toilet. You can share your cabin with a friend or buy single occupancy, and sleeping under the stars on the deck is priceless!! The boats used in our yoga tours are a floating 5-star hotel with professional crew-captain-cook-sailor-yoga instructor- ready to show you the quietest and most exotic shores. All food menus and yoga classes will be arranged by us and all you have to do is relax and enjoy your holiday. We are here to make your holiday unforgettable! Our yoga classes are held twice a day, one before breakfast and the other before dinner. You can swim or go for a walk during the breaks we will make in the bays by wandering the shores throughout the day. You can also sunbathe, read a book, do yoga or chat with your new friends in your remaining time. Eat Three meals a day are served. You will enjoy a healthy and balanced diet with our delicious local flavors and appetizers. Meals are suitable for our vegetarian guests.
